AI agents with a clear job to do.

Explore Krishna Mishra’s approach to AI agents in Nepal: tools, memory, chatbots, business integrations and human review through AI Automation Nepal.

More than a conversational reply

An AI agent can combine a model with tools and workflow logic to help carry out a task. A chatbot may answer from approved information; a more connected agent may also look up a record or prepare an action. The practical question is what the assistant should be responsible for and how the result can be checked.

Through AI Automation Nepal, my work focuses on agents and connected business workflows. Customer enquiries, lead handling and internal assistance are useful areas to explore. The best starting point is a narrow responsibility with a trusted information source, rather than a promise that an agent can run every part of a business.

Tools, context and permissions

A tool connects an agent to an application or a defined operation. Context helps it understand the request. Permissions determine what it is allowed to see and change. These should be designed together: an agent does not need broad access simply because the model can describe many possible actions.

For example, an assistant can help collect a meeting request and check available times while leaving unusual arrangements to the team. It should report an unavailable service honestly and avoid inventing confirmation. That example illustrates a design pattern; the actual integrations and permissions depend on the project.

Keep people in the right places

Human review is useful when information is unclear or an action has important consequences. An agent can gather the necessary context and make a handoff more useful. Good automation reduces repetitive work while preserving a clear owner for decisions that should stay with a person.

Testing should include ambiguous requests, incorrect details and failed tool calls. Logs should help diagnose problems without becoming an unnecessary store of private customer conversations. A useful agent is one whose limits can be understood and whose behaviour can be improved with evidence.

Build on a useful foundation

n8n workflows, APIs, webhooks and CRM integrations can provide the foundation around an agent. Sometimes the project also needs a custom web interface or a clear customer record. Choosing those pieces around the workflow is more useful than selecting a model first and looking for a problem afterwards.
