AI automation, built around real work.

Practical AI automation in Nepal: connected workflows, AI agents, CRM integrations and business systems with Krishna Mishra, founder of AI Automation Nepal.

Make repetitive work easier

AI automation combines software rules, connected applications and models that can work with language or other unstructured information. The starting point is a business process: answering enquiries, organising leads, preparing emails or moving information between systems. The right system should make that process easier to follow as well as quicker to complete.

As founder and AI Automation Architect at AI Automation Nepal, I focus on practical systems that connect those parts. Automation is useful when its inputs, actions and outcomes are clear. It is not a reason to remove human judgment from every decision or to promise results before understanding the workflow.

Connect the tools you actually use

A useful workflow may connect a website, a CRM, email, a spreadsheet and an AI agent. APIs and webhooks provide the connections; validation and permissions define what those connections can do. n8n is one tool I work with for designing and connecting these steps.

The integration should respect the application that owns each record. A customer identifier, an enquiry and an approved payment need different handling. Clear responsibilities reduce duplicate records and help the team understand which system to check when something needs attention.

Build for the difficult cases

Real processes include missing information, unavailable services and questions that need a person. These cases belong in the design from the beginning. Confirm consequential actions, keep access limited to what is needed and make errors visible to the people responsible for the system.

A good first project is a bounded workflow that can be measured and improved. We can start by describing the current steps, identifying repetitive work and deciding which outcome matters. From there, a suitable solution might be a workflow, a custom application or a combination of both.

Explore the work or start learning

My work extends beyond a single automation tool into CRM systems, websites, apps and integrations. Those different formats matter because a workflow often needs a useful interface and reliable records alongside its automation.
